Meet Jovie! Jovie is a beautiful green-eyed tabby about 1 year old. Jovie came to us pregnant and struggling on the street. She had four beautiful kittens who have all been adopted – it is now her turn to find a forever home of her own. Jovie started out shy but has become quite social in her foster home. She likes to follow her foster mom, making cute little chirps to ask for attention.  She loves to sit on the stairs and watch the goings on in the rest of the house. When a human must use the stairs, they must pay a toll in the form of pets!  She enjoys playing with toys and will take treats from your fingers. Jovie is not yet a fan of being carried around but her foster mom thinks this will come in time. Jovie would do best in a home with another calm cat(s) and would be fine with older gentle children. She would be good with cat savvy dogs – she is very confident with the dogs in her foster home and has asserted herself as the boss. She will make a wonderful companion!
