I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Meet Alexander! This gentle, playful boy will be ready for a forever home in the first week of October, when he will be around 12 weeks old.

Alexander, his 6 siblings, and their mama Eliza were found in a window well in a residential area. Eliza had hunkered down there to give birth, but they were not safe to stay there. The homeowner kindly helped trap the whole family and relocate them into a foster home. Alexander is a typical kitten: playful, silly, affectionate and cuddly. He would love to be adopted with his mom Eliza or one of his siblings (Carrie, Mable, or Melville) but it is not required. He must go to a home with another young cat, or be adopted in a pair.  Alexander has not been tested with dogs or children, but would likely be fine with either given an appropriate introduction. 

Alexander will be ready to go home after his neuter at the end of September. You can apply to reserve him now! He will be microchipped, health-checked, and treated for parasites. Kittens receive 2 sets of vaccines. They require a 3rd set, due approximately 4 weeks after adoption, which are the adopter's responsibility. His adoption fee is $250, or $400 for a pair.
