Meet Sheridan! Sheridan is a very handsome 2.5 year old. He is a gentle soul who sleeps with his foster dad and likes nothing better than to sit in a window and watch kitty. Sheridan is playful and will bat around his toys. He would do best in a calmer home as he is a gentle soul and used to living in a quieter home. He would be fine with respectful older children.

Sheridan has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FELV. Sheridan does have soft stool. Testing revealed that he has feline enteric coronavirus. Feline enteric coronavirus is a common virus found in up to 40% of pet cats and in up to 90% of cats in multi-cat households. It is relatively harmless in adult cats and cannot be transmitted to people or other species like dogs or rabbits. It sometimes causes soft stool as is the case with Sheridan. He does not need any medication and is otherwise very healthy – just has intermittent soft stool. Sheridan is a normal happy guy and is on a mid priced wet & dry pet store food diet. We would provide a one year guarantee on his health with respect to the virus and have him vetted during that year should you have any concerns.
